- To holistically explore the variety of mediums presented throughout the course with an open and inquisitive mind that is completely uninhibited by unfamiliarity with the various art forms
- To hone my skills in 3-4 mediums to a point where I am fully comfortable incorporating them into my artistic repertoire
- To gain valuable practice time with the digital media forms that I am already familiar with
- To learn the ways in which technology and digital multimedia can be used to stimulate creativity and exploration, while also reinforcing learning
- To learn about the manner in which technology and digital multimedia are working to reshape the traditional landscape of art, as well as how these changes factor into my own place as a future art educator
- To refine my own personal vision for an "Education Through Multimedia Creation" curriculum at the secondary level by engaging in processes wherein I am my own test subject
